Short description:
Product Managers who can take ownership of a product; meaning they are able to help define new feature capabilities to increase the business value provided. They need to be able to understand the ‘What’ of the product and can represent the team in high level discussions with business customers, management and other tech teams.
Ability to work well in a collaborative, agile development team with business and development partners
Required:
Understanding of Agile DevOps principles
Understanding of relational database, Hadoop, or flat file processing concepts
Experience using agile management tools such as Rally or Jira
Has demonstrated the capability to both identify issues and risks and bring together the needed people to develop mitigation or contingency plans.
Excellent communication skills; verbal, written, listening
Ability to present complex technical concepts into concise summaries for report outs to management and business customers
2 years as PM in Agile environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Related Field
