We are seeking Part Time Registered Behavior Therapists to work in our innovative Center during the late afternoon/early evening hours!

You can earn up to $4,000 in your first year with our Incentive Bonus Plan for new Behavioral Therapist!

We have a new accelerated training program. Paid training IF you can commit to the new accelerated training program!

• Consistent Schedules: Our clinics are open from Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm to provide therapy to the children.

Here's what we need from you:

• Education: High school Diploma or College Degree
• RBT certification or 40 hour RBT course completed- preferred
• Experience: Previous experience/degree in the following fields: Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Child Development, Education, or has experience working with children in a licensed facility.
• Dependability: Consistency and reliability is crucial for the child's success
• Integrity: You must perform your role with the utmost integrity and professionalism
• Positivity & Patience: It's all about positive reinforcement and repetition
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Behavior Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Provide one on one center-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children who have Autism
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during individuals sessions
• Conduct Discrete Trials, Natural Environment Teaching, and a variety of teaching/reinforcement methods in line with the Behavior Support Plan.
• Work collaboratively with a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
