We are seeking Experienced Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) as well as compassionate and caring individuals who are looking to become an RBT to work in our innovative Center!

$4,000 Incentive Plan for RBTs!

Here's what we need from you:

• Education: High school Diploma or College Degree
• Experience: Previous experience/degree in the following fields: ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education or has experience working with children in a licensed facility.
• Dependability: Consistency and reliability is crucial for the child's success
• Integrity: You must perform your role with the utmost integrity and professionalism
• Positivity & Patience: It's all about positive reinforcement and repetition
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Behavior Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Provide one on one center based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Conduct Discrete Trials, Natural Environment Teaching, and a variety of teaching/reinforcement methods in line with the Behavior Support Plan.
• Work collaboratively with a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
