POSITION SUMMARY

The Floater Center Director position is a mid-level leadership position under the direct supervision of the State Director that will interim fill Center Director vacancies across assigned demographic area. The position may require coverage for anywhere from 2-weeks to 12-months. The Center Director provides leadership and support to the BCBA's and behavior technicians in the center. In addition, the Center Director is responsible for maintaining and overseeing the quality of the aba programming, implementation of center policy and procedure, and overall growth and success of the center. A Floating Center Director position would be able to provide leadership with clinical and operational guidance to a rotation of different centers. This position will require regular travel across states.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrate the company's mission, beliefs in actions, language, and vision.
  • Work with the Operations Manager to meet center utilization goals and run weekly reports.
  • Implementation of company policies and protocol in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Conduct supervision with BCBA's on a weekly basis to provide mentorship & clinical support.
  • Ensure BCBA (BCaBA as applicable) billable requirement and monitor utilization rate.
  • Monitor and review BCBA's caseloads and communicate client and staffing needs to the operations team.
  • Work collaboratively with scheduling, recruiting, client services, and operations to manage daily center needs.
  • Assist the operations manager with any day to day responsibilities that may be needed.
  • Host community outreach initiatives such as center events for families or professionals, autism walks, lunch and learns, resource fairs, career fairs and more.
  • Support business development team by disseminating company flyers, brochures, and informational material through meetings and drop off's.
  • Drive center growth and expansion initiatives through community outreach, networking, and business development.
  • Conduct clinical hiring interviews for BCBA's.
  • Attend regular meetings with supervising state director.
  • Attend weekly leadership state trainings & meetings.
  • Complete all reports and conduct revisions in a timely manner.
  • Oversight of BCBA programming, data collection, and session notes.
  • Review BCBA's treatment plans, assessments, and monthly treatment integrity data.
  • Oversight of incident reports, including investigation and reporting of findings to the State Director.
  • Establish and maintain a positive work culture and promote clear communication between departments.
  • Assist in creation and implementation of clinical initiatives for center (as applicable).
  • Provide additional support and supervision of BT's supervised by BCBA's on team.
  • Collaborate with staff in regards to implementation of organizational initiatives, services, and policies, as applicable.
  • Update active organizational spreadsheets, notes, etc.
  • Be available for emergency phone calls/texts/emails both during and outside of company hours.
  • Conduct new BCBA training.
  • Attempt to resolve all client complaints and follow chain of command regarding complaints.
  • Maintain billable requirements by completing assessments and client supervision.
  • Maintain supervisory hour requirements.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Maintain BCBA certification
  • Maintain LABA or other state licensure
  • Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status
  • 3 years of BCBA experience
  • 1 year of CD/RD experience in the field of ABA
  • Letter of recommendation for supervising BCBA/Center Director/Regional Director if internal employee
