We’re Keva Sports Center - an energetic and community-focused company offering fun and engaging athletic programs for people aged 18 months to adulthood. We gather and unite our Community through athletics, physical activity, and social events. We’re looking for a rock star Leagues Manager to join our team!

Key responsibilities for being our Leagues Manager include:

• Scheduling leagues, teams, refs, and play times
• Logistics including:
• Referee training
• Rules and policies creation and compliance
• Scheduling management
• Department budgets
• Sales and marketing for retention and corporate/new teams

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership role in the sports, recreation, fitness industry, hospitality, or event management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and achieve measurable results
• Passion for sports and recreation and a commitment to promoting health and wellness in the community
• Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of staff
• Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation:

$40,000-$70,000 Annual Salary (commensurate with experience)
