Job Summary

The Supply Chain Support Services Manager will be responsible for operational management of the system-wide courier, mailroom, fleet and print shop functions as well as the Service Center inventory location. This position is responsible for programmatic support/strategic direction for equipment and linen services ensuring consistent system-wide policies and procedures. Consistent use of data should be used to drive a streamlined, efficient support services process. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements 

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain

Job Duties

• Responsible for operational management of Service Center
• Responsible for operational management of Courier, Fleet and Print Shop including assessment of lab courier process and external print opportunities
• Responsible for programmatic support/strategic direction for Equipment and Linen Services (no operational support) ensuring consistent policies and procedures system-wide
• Develop and utilize data to drive streamlined, efficient support services processes

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Knowledge of: Health care materials management/supply chain

Skilled in: Financial management, Microsoft Office suite, interpersonal communication across all levels of the organization

Ability to: Multitask, lead complex projects
