We are looking for a Customer Satisfaction Engineer for our client located in Troy, MI.

The Customer Satisfaction Engineer is responsible forsupporting our customer onsite in Wayne, Michiganworking as a liaison and first point of contact to assist mitigating risks and addressing quality concerns. Will provide information relevant to new products and processes.

This position will require rotating between 1st and 2nd shifts.The shift times are as follows:

1st Shift: 6:00 am - 3:30 pm

2nd Shift: 5:00 pm - 1:30 am

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Resident Quality/Customer Satisfaction Engineer located at customer facility.
• Acts as a liaison and first point of contact to assist with mitigating risk and addressing quality concerns with our products. Provides information relevant to new products and processes.
• Work with team to implement cost reduction initiatives where applicable.
• Provide suggestions/solution plan to internal functions for customer problem solving.
• Establish and maintain oral and written communications with the appropriate customer/organizations.
• Track customer complaints.
• Closely follow up on open issue corrective actions to ensure they are implemented and effective. Provide necessary information to internal functions for continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior wiring harness engineering experience
