Summary:
The Plant Safety Manager will be a leader that continues promoting a culture where Safety is a core value. The Plant Safety Manager will coach, mentor, facilitate, embrace, and extend the existing strong Safety program. The Safety Manager will be known as the go-to safety resource for a 24/7 light manufacturing operation. This is a “high impact” opportunity that will require large amounts of daily hands-on work in a high-volume production setting. You will be expected to have a presence and be well-known on every shift. It will be critical to have a professional, and approachable, demeanor that allows successful communication across all levels in the organization.
Hours will vary Monday-Friday with occasional weekend work.
