Summary :

The Customer Operations Specialist is responsible for enteringand / or processing customer purchase orders.

InThis Role Youll Have The OpportunityTo :

• Create and modifyinbound customer purchase orders using Enterprise Resource SystemSAP
• Identify and resolve all order conflictsincluding price inventory location and timing
• Create deliveries in SAP for timely orderfulfillment
• Utilize customer order managementwebsites and processes
• Work closely withtransportation planners to ensure customer needs aremet
• Analyze customer requirements and reportthat information to stakeholders
• Track ordersin various modes of shipment
• Communicate withsales and customercontacts

Requirements :

What You NeedTo Succeed :

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills includingdemonstrated proficiency in VLOOKUP pivottables
• SAP SD ExperiencePreferred
• Experience in fulfillment of orderspreferred
• Detail oriented with anemphasis placed on accuracy
• Ability to adapt tochange develop and train and / or learn newprocesses

• Fastpaced deadlineoriented
• Ability to sit or stand atworkstation for long periods of time
• Hybrid60% office 40% remote must have home highspeed internet anddedicated workspace toqualify
