Ketchum U.S. is Hiring a Global Chief Growth Officer Near New York, NY

Ketchum’s Growth team is seeking a Global Chief Growth Officer to lead its dynamic and sought-after group. These talented professionals manage and curate the exciting new business process & pipeline that help our agency teams and clients thrive. From prospect and capabilities deck to pitch experience and outcomes, we aim to be the ultimate growth partners to our agency leaders in every industry and specialty.

We'd prefer this person to work out of our New York office.

Business Competencies & Skills

  • Merger & Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to acquire clients. This may include client segmentation, pricing strategies, and client relationship management.
  • Product and Service Innovation: Collaborate with teams to tailor offerings that satisfy client needs and give us a competitive edge in the market.
  • Revenue Growth: Continually evaluate revenue streams and identify opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new product/service offerings.
  • Partnerships and Alliances: Explore and develop strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations that can contribute to our growth.
  • Data-driven strategies: create data-driven strategies that meet both long-term and short-term goals by analyzing key metrics (ROIs, conversion rates, internal feedback, etc.)
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks to growth strategies and develop mitigation plans to address them.
  • Market Expansion: Extend our reach and increase our customer base, helping to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Commercialization of Products: Help ensure products reach the market but also achieves commercial success.
  • Thought leadership: Generate innovative ideas, insights, and opinions and sharing them with others to influence, inspire, and lead the industry or community.

Client Competencies & Skills

Client Counsel: Proven ability to establish and nurture strong and productive client relationships with business and thought leaders from C-suite level and downwards.

Business Development: Lead the business development team, setting targets and KPIs, and implementing sales strategies to acquire new customers and increase revenue.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute our growth and revenue-generation strategy in alignment with the overall business goals. This includes market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and setting clear objectives.

What You’ll Need

  • Deep understanding of the market, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Personify incredibly strong respect for and desire to be around brilliant trailblazers and gamechangers.
  • Diplomatic and empathetic leadership, passionate about inspiring and mentoring people.
  • Proven experience in leadership roles as Head of Growth or above.
  • 20 years of experience in the Marketing communications industry.

The salary range for this position is $275,000 . This position may be bonus eligible depending on individual employee performance and Ketchum business performance. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, past training, skills and abilities of applicant, internal equity and local geographic market data. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
