About the Team Member:

Team Members are the first people to greet our guests and play an important role in providing superior customer service! We train our crew in all positions (cashier, barista, and food service) to help support store operations and team goals.

Requirements

· Cleaning – Maintain Caribou Cleaning Standards for facility, coolers and freezers.

· Culling and Shrink Management – ensures all product is fresh and in code!

· Fast & Friendly Service – Engaging our customers with friendly service.

· Freight – Unloads, organizes and rotates all freight and supplies.

· Job Functions – Works as a Cashier, Barista, and in Food Service.

· Customer Engagement – Friendly, talkative, and engaging with the customer.

· Expert in Job of Barista, Food Service, and Register.

· Strong & Fast – must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes, work freight, and meet all deadlines.

· Must be able to work between the hours of 6:00 am to 6:00 pm with weekends and holidays.
