POSITION SUMMARY:

To cut product to standard, sample products that are to be filled, fill drums and totes with product. Prepare COA paperwork and receive incoming raw materials and prepare and upkeep all SQF relevant paperwork.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

•Move product from vinegar storage to drum building.

•Cut product to shipping standards /- 1%.

•Test vinegars to ensure they fall within specifications

•Completely fill drums and totes.

•Prepare COA paperwork.

•Prepare all relevant SQF paperwork.

•Inventory product in drum building storage.

•Prepare retention samples.

•Notify plant management when drums, totes and pallets are needed.

•Fill orders on a timely basis.

•Keep work area clean and debris free.

•Provides assistance, back up and relief to all the loader/shipper duties

•Ability to correctly utilize relevant mathematical computations to cut vinegar to shipping standard.

Education

High School Education or GED

Experience

Open – 3 years manufacturing production environment preferred

SKILLS & ABILITIES

•Ability to use auto-titrator

•Ability to use forklift

•Beginning or basic Excel and Word, and the ability to adapt to customized company computer program

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
