Responsibilities:

• Conduct weekly calls with dental practice owners and managers
• Train on the Straine Management System™
• Train on Straine Dental Analytics
• Review practice data compared to established goals and make recommendations
• Help identify positions that need to be filled
• Help grow practices’ revenues

Qualifications:

• Batchelor’s degree
• Experience In dentistry & dental softwares (Dentrix, Eaglesoft & Open Dental preferred)
• Proficiency in maintaining a healthy AR and scheduling to goal
• Experience managing employees
