Description

We are currently seeking a Trade Mktg Specialist for the Travel Retail Americas channel, based in our Miami office , who will report to the Senior Area Manager Travel Retail Americas as part of our Global Travel Retail team.

Your opportunity

• Actively support in defining Trade Marketing activities and creating innovative projects in line with Brand and corporate guidelines in order to maximize brands performance;
• Actively support the planning, implementation and follow-up of Trade Marketing activities for each client;
• Support key processes with flagship stores within its client perimeter : brand listing, visual merchandising and sell out monitoring;
• Manage massive visibility materials on assigned clients (including POP, GWP, Incentives, visuals, etc.) and monitor in-store implementation and seasonal updates, coordinating with the client;
• Coordinate logistics of in-store deployments, interfacing with agencies / vendors and internal functions;
• Support budget management and Trade Marketing investments to ensure efficient spending of both regional and local budgets in line with marketing and brand objectives;
• Conduct regular market analysis on competitors and market landscape;
• Support billing activities on assigned clients (PR / PO, MIGO, supplier registration, etc.);
• Support the Area Manager Travel Retail Americas, Global Trade Marketing Manager and Head of Head of Global Travel Retail in processing reporting files ( e.
• g. Trade Marketing Brief, Monthly Reports, Business Reviews, sell-out analysis);
• Update visual mapping file;
• Support buying days as needed;
• Prepare and deliver training materials, sessions, and workshops to strategic stake holders, customers, and customer’s staff;
• Monthly travels to key markets in order to perform store visit and in-store trainings;

Who you are

• 2 years of experience in Marketing
• A university graduate with 2-3 years of experience in similar Markerting roles in a fast-paced environment
• With Experience preferably in eyewear, watch & jewellery, beauty & cosmetics, fashion or accessories.
• Master’s degree in marketing or similar
• Advanced skills in Excel and Power Point
• Dynamic, proactive, flexible, curious, committed to teamwork
