Line Cook Opening!

Be part of our talented kitchen team as a line cook! 

We are looking for line cooks for our kitchen in ICON Theatre in the Santa Clara/San Jose Valley Fair Mall !

Responsibilities

Line cook duties will consist of assisting the ICON Kitchen Manager with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer experience.

• Cook and prepare menu items in coordination with our kitchen team. Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion with an excellent guest experience in mind
• Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Skills

• Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line cook, restaurant cook or prep cook
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, cooking equipment and proper procedures
• Familiar with industry’s best practices, culinary school diploma a plus
