- Demonstrate and hold teammates accountable for professional behavior.
- Knowledge of labor skills necessary to lead and train in specific Departments.
- Excellent attendance and work record.
- Strong analytic / Problem Solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be in good standing with documented excellent performance.
