Description The Department for Income Support, consisting of Disability Determination Services and Child SupportEnforcement, are looking for an enthusiastic go-getter to learn the basic casework activities in the ChildSupport Enforcement, Northern Bluegrass Section.
Candidates should be able to learn the program, have good communication skills, and be able to provide assistance tocustomers and other agencies regarding the distribution of Child Support services.
To be successful as a ChildSupport Specialist I, candidates should be professional, polite, courteous, comfortable with computers, and willing to meetchallenges / deadlines.

Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION : Administrative work, clerical office work, work dealing directly with the public, or experience in reviewing, monitoring, determining eligibility for, and / or administering Food Stamps, the Kentucky Transitional Assistance Program, Medical Assistance, Child Support, or other public assistance programs will substitute for the required college on a year-for-year basis.
