Kent Quality Foods, a premier manufacturer of specialty meat products, is seeking an experienced IT Administrator. Will need to work closely with other IT members and our Managed Service Provider to provide reliable and secure network and desktop environment. This role entails providing high level and responsive technical support and services to our user base of approximately 200 users spread across 2 locations.

Activities:

• Primary Support for servers (10 physical & 40 Virtual @ 2 Data Centers)
• Primary Support for all network hardware
• Provide phone, email, and onsite support for 2 facilities
• Provide off hours support when required
• Purchase, setup, and maintain IT equipment, inventory, and software licensing
• Manage 150 Computers and 150 iPads using MS Group Policy & Simple MDM
• Administrate User Accounts
• Create and maintain IT Work Instructions
• Manage and assist in various IT projects
• May work with (or have access to) HIPAA privacy classified information
• Additional duties as assigned

This position requires a very personable individual, having strong communications skills, detail oriented, while possessing patience to work with individuals having various technical abilities and skills. Must be a self-starter with the ability to manage and work to a project list.

Requirements:

• 5 years Systems & Network administration in a Microsoft Environment
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field
• Experience managing

  • Veeam Backup Solution
  • SQL Server
  • MS Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Network Attached Storage Devices
• Experience with
  • Powershell
  • Door Access and Video Surveillance Systems
• In-depth
