Required experience

• 2-4 years' defense litigation experience specifically personal commercial auto, premise liability and/or general negligence
• Ability to interact with clients, draft pleadings and discovery demands, conduct depositions, attend court appearances, perform legal research and draft dispositive motions
• Excellent research, writing and communication skills
• Substantive familiarity with the rules and procedures of the NJ Courts is a must
• Must be licensed to practice in New Jersey
