Kennebec Behavioral Health is Hiring a Community Living Services (CLS) Case Manager Near Augusta, ME

Are you a MHRT/C (or eligible to be) interested in working a dynamic team with limited travel? Would you like a $1,500 Sign-on bonus and $23 per hour?

Kennebec Behavioral Health, named one of the Best Places to Work in Maine in 2021, 2022 and 2023, is currently seeking a full time Community Living Services Case Manager for the Waterville area. As a CLS Case Manager, you will be working with a small dedicated team who assist adults with major mental illness remain independent in their own homes.

This position offers the opportunity to work independently and as part of a cohesive team with ample clinical support 7 days a week.

We offer a flexible full-time schedule and a limited travel area within Waterville. This position starts at $23 per hour with shift and weekend differentials available. KBH will pay for MHRTc domain classes, up to $1000 worth, during the first year of employment. Additional trainings including First Aid/CPR, MANDT, and CRMA are provided as needed.

Qualifications: Mental health experience required (1 year or more preferred)! Case management experience is not necessary but helpful & preferred. College degree not necessary but also helpful. First Aid/CPR, MANDT, CRMA also preferred but not necessary. MHRT/c provisional eligibility required (for the eligibility criteria, go to: https://cfl-muskie.org/education-2/ ).

KBH is an eligible employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) that provides workers with qualifying employment and loan payments federal student debt forgiveness after 10 years or 120 monthly payments.
