Kennebec Behavioral Health, one of Maine’s Best Places to Work in 2021, 2022 and 2023 as well as one of Maine’s leading mental healthcare providers, is currently seeking a full-time Community Living Services Support Worker in the Augusta area. As a CLS Support Worker, you will work with adults with mental illness, as part of a multidisciplinary team, in the development and implementation of a service plan that provides clients with access to and use of appropriate community services, with the goal of assisting clients to remain independent in their homes.
The position offers the opportunity to work independently and part of a cohesive team with ample clinical support 7 days a week. It is a full-time work week but the candidate must be flexible in working a non-traditional schedule.
Qualifications: MHRT/1 or MHRT/1 eligible (for eligibility for MHRT/1, visit: https://cfl-muskie.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/MHRT-I-How-To-Guide.pdf ). Training and other certifications are provided by KBH to include first aid/CPR, MANDT, MHSS and CRMA, as needed.
Some mental/behavioral health experience is preferred.
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
