Kendall Hunt Publishing is Hiring a K-12 Manager RFPs and State Adoptions Near Dubuque, IA

Kendall Hunt Publishing is looking for a K-12 Manager, RFPs and State Adoptions to support sales staff in acquiring sales and market knowledge, skills, and information that enable them to grow our business. A priority of the SEM is establishing sustainable processes for key sales activities, automating high lift tasks with the goal of making sales actions more efficient and more effective. This position will be based in our home office in Dubuque, Iowa.

In A Typical Work Week, K-12 Manager of RFPs and State Adoptions Will...
  • Be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enable the K12 sales team to focus on increasing market share and generating revenue. Coordinates professional development activities and has a strong command of professional development offerings
  • Responsible for developing processes and best practices that will maximize the sales force effectiveness
  • Ensures that the sales team is educated on the company's products and systems, understands the market and competitive landscape, and has the necessary resources to successfully close business
  • Coordinate with product management, IT, and train and support the sales team
