KEMA-Powertest, LLC, based in Chalfont, Pennsylvania, is the largest independent high power electrical testing laboratory in the Americas, serving the testing needs of the electric power industry.

Are you ready to develop sales opportunities in a dynamic environment? Join our team under the guidance of the Sales Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our customer test programs at KEMA Labs- Chalfont.

AS A PART OF OUR TEAM YOU WILL:

  • Prepare quotes to meet client requirements and maintain proactive communication throughout process.
  • Secure signed agreements to meet financial objectives.
  • Expand client relationships to drive revenue growth and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Test Operations to develop accurate quotes.
  • Manage leads, quotes and sales orders in Sales Force and other key CESI management systems.
  • Contribute to new product/service development for revenue enhancement.
  • Develop and maintain current working knowledge of applicable ANSI, IEEE, IEC, UL, and other standards for electrical/mechanical equipment.
  • Support client tours and address inquiries about our capabilities.
  • Assist in creating impactful sales and marketing materials.

Travel: 25%-30% including domestic and international (KEMA Lab locations, conferences, trade and industry events, and customer locations)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 5 years of technical sales experience with transmission and distribution equipment
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written and interpersonal)
  • Strong relationship based client management.
  • Effective collaboration in a team environment.

Bonus Points:

  • B.S. Electrical or Power Engineering
  • 2 years of sales experience in the power industry
  • Understanding of power generation, transmission, and distribution principles.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
