Kelsey-Seybold Clinic is Hiring a Pbx operator Near Cypress, TX
Responsibilities
Answer incoming PBX telephone calls in a timely courteous and professional manner. Timely and accurately transfer the calls to the appropriate destination.
Utilize the CRT or PC to access the on-line Kelsey-Seybold Clinic telephone directory to ensure appropriate extensions for the transfer of calls.
Report system problems, caller complaints to the coordinator in a timely manner. Utilize experience and training to handle caller request and problem solve when necessary

Salary Range : $35,240 $43,535 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
Qualifications
Education
Required : High School diploma or GED from an accredited program
Preferred : Associates Degree in a related field
Experience
Required : 6 months experience as a PBX operator in a high-volume environment
Preferred : 1-year previous experience in a high volume medical call center PBX operation
Skills
Required : Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills and professional telephone etiquette
Preferred : Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills and professional telephone etiquette
Special Skills
Required : PC or CRT skills
Preferred : PC skills to include Word, Excel and Access
Other
Required : Professional grooming and ability to speak, understand and write the English language
Preferred : 1-year progressive PBX experience
Working Environment : Office
