Busy NW 23rd Chiropractic Clinic (specializing in chiropractic care, massage therapy, sports injuries and wellness care) seeks an experienced front office administrator with great customer service and organizational skills. The position requires a detail oriented, multi-tasker with great people and scheduling skills. You'll be responsible for working directly with patients on scheduling, financial payments, verifying and explaining insurance benefits, data entry in medical software (Chirotouch), answering phones and front desk tasks. Insurance billing and follow up is handled by an outside company. The office has efficient systems in place for the management of the front office and requires a quick learner to be outstanding at the first point of contact for our patients.

Qualifications

- Office experience, especially in a medical setting
- Front desk experience
- Administrative experience
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
- Understanding of medical terminology
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Strong organizational skills
