Production Technician

Pay is up to 23 / hr depending on experience

Kelly Science has a new opening for a Production Technician opening near Boca Raton FL with one of our growing clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform receipt and inspection activities for tissue and supplies
• Process and package human tissue within a cleanroom to manufacture high quality bioimplants
• Adhere to all safety requirements and use personal protective equipment as prescribed
• Complete all documentation accurately using Good Documentation Practices
• Perform cleanroom cleaning activities
• Perform inventory management activities
• Perform labeling and final packaging
• Fulfill orders
• Become proficient with applicable procedures and familiar with applicable standards and regulations
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor including receiving tissue and supplies, without direct supervision, as needed
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Education and / or Work Experience Requirements :

• Bachelors Degree in Science preferred
• Required : High school diploma or GED
• Proficient at reading, writing, and speaking English
• Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to perform detailed operations
• Ability to follow procedures
• Preferred : Familiar with American Association of Tissue Banks standards and FDA’s 21 CFR 1271 regulations
• Experience using aseptic technique
