What’s a typical day as a Production Technician? You’ll be:
  • Inspecting, cleaning, and packaging a variety of machined parts in a class 10,000 and/or class 1000 cleanroom environment
  • Cleaning and visually inspecting parts prior to final clean and packing in the cleanroom
  • Performing and processing all manufacturing steps of the cast manufacturing line, including incoming inspection, mask, blast, bond, plasma pouring, polishing, outgoing measurements, and packaging/crating
  • Completing necessary documentation, including electronic logs and product move transactions in the company MRP tool
  • Completing daily maintenance and 5s requirements as directed
  • Completing daily work tasks in a safe and efficient manner
  • Keeping work area clean, neat, and organized
  • Following Standard Operating Procedures/Work Instructions that pertain to your daily work tasks, including company safety policies and procedures

  • Have the ability or the aptitude to learn how to read assembly blueprints
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Have good organizational skills
  • Have the ability and willingness to adapt to change through continuous improvement efforts
  • Have the ability to work extended hours as necessary with proper notification
  • Have the physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds in a safe manner
