ABOUT YOUYou are responsible for performing maintenance on assigned properties to keep them free from safety hazards and ensure they are kept in aesthetically pleasing condition. This position is responsible for responding to tenant maintenance calls and concerns.
WORK LOCATIONHotel Renegade - 122 key boutique hotel coming to Boise in the Spring of 2024.
EVERY DAY, YOU WILL· Focus on aesthetics of a property or group of properties.· Grounds/parking lot clean up.· Verifies all lighting systems are operating properly.· Attention to detail on cleanliness of entrances of tenant suites/spaces.· Perform routine checks/sign offs of fire extinguishers and exit/emergency lights within the property(s).· Snow/ice removal as necessary.· Identifying any potential safety hazards on a property or group of properties.· Maintaining landscapes/hardscapes within the property(s).· Support for other Maintenance Technicians when necessary.· Responsible for the cleanliness of the shop/working areas.

High School diploma or equivalentExperience and/or Training2-5 years of field experienceValid driver's licenseStrong interpersonal skills to interact with tenants, contractors and management.Licenses/Certificates
Holds and maintains a specific certification or license in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.
WHAT WE PREFEREducation
Degree from a two or four-year college or university.Technology/Equipment
MRI or equivalent software experience
