Compensation : $68,000 - $73,000 based on experience

Position Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented ERP Data Specialist to join our Materials team. The ERP Data Specialist will be responsible for uploading and maintaining ERP product data, ensuring its cleanliness and accuracy.

Reporting directly to the Materials Manager, this role will play a critical part in maintaining the integrity of our ERP system and supporting various departments in achieving their objectives.

Responsibilities :

  • Upload and maintain ERP product data, including Item Masters, BOMs, and purchasing information, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Continuously assess product data through reports and data analysis, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Collaborate with IT and Product Management to ensure functionality of tools and develop improved tools as needed.
  • Participate in change order processes and new product introductions, managing ERP-related activities.
  • Conduct continuous cycle counting and yearly inventory audits, reporting discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
  • Generate and report on inventory control metrics, such as stockouts and cycle count accuracy.
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimize material flow to production lines and Kanban stations.

Qualifications :

  • Experience with ERP master data in a manufacturing environment (Experience with Miestrak ERP system is beneficial but not required).
  • Understanding of the change order process.
  • Familiarity with warehouse and manufacturing operations.
  • Ability to perform cycle counts in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
  • Proficiency in standard office programs such as Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
