Customer Service Specialist Hourly Rate : $18.00 Location : Howell MI Hours : M-F 8am-5pm Position Summary *This position is the primary line / response of customer support through both email and phone communication.

This individual will be responsible for managing thecompany email inbox, making sure all customer emails are answered and / or directed to the right department in order to be answered.

They will also be the primary answerer of the customer’s main phone line, with the backup of other individuals in the office.

  • Essential Tasks / Duties : Manage / Primary responder for customer communication* Booking New Service Requests* Updating the Status of Existing Service Requests* Forward any other emails to the appropriate department for answer* Responsible for incoming calls *Skills : Proficient with Microsoft Outlook (Email Platform)* Organized* Ability to Engage in Fast Paced Environment* Multi Tasking* Excellent Communication skills.
