**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Legal Case Manager (Personal injury, Wrongful death) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating legal cases, ensuring all aspects of the case progress smoothly and efficiently.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and organize legal case files and documentation
- Conduct research on legal matters to support case preparation
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and court personnel to schedule meetings and hearings
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, clerical duties, and proofreading legal documents
- Conduct interviews with clients to gather necessary information for cases
- Utilize project management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Utilize legal case management software such as Westlaw for case tracking
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in legal case management or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Familiarity with Westlaw or similar legal research tools is a plus
- Excellent clerical skills including proofreading and document preparation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
