Description

Functions:

Verify customers’ Kelley car wash stickers are valid.
Responsibilities and Authority:

• Greet customers and verify their Kelley car wash sticker is valid. 
• Direct customers and their vehicles safely through the car wash. 
• Stop all vehicles who do not have a Kelley car wash sticker, remove them from the car wash line, and hand them a letter explaining our policy and who is eligible to go through the free car wash. 
• Speak with customers when necessary to answer any questions customers may have.
• Maintain a pleasant and positive demeanor and attitude throughout shift.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Any tasks deemed necessary by the Manager.

Qualifications
Must be able to read and comprehend instructions and information. Professional appearance. Able to lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift. Excellent communication skills.

Working Conditions 
This is a position that will expose employee to outdoor elements year round. Will stand, stoop, kneel, lift, push, pull, crouch and reach repeatedly during the shift. Will have personal interactions with customers. Will be exposed to heat, cold, noise, dust, fumes, hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
