With a culture driven by our core values – trust, reliability, service and doing things the right way, and rooted in a fundamental belief that all work is “honorable and we acknowledge the dignity of those who do it.” These values are embraced by our highly diverse and inclusive workforce.If this sounds like you, then why wait, APPLY TODAY!!Job OverviewSalary Range: $165K - $220K (Depending on Experience)The Director, Revenue Accelerations is responsible for driving the marketing for our market-leading integrated facility services solutions with the goal of building pipeline and accelerating sales.As the Director, Revenue Accelerations, the following duties, and responsibilities will be part of this opportunity, but are not limited to them:
Develop go-to-market plans for core services, including janitorial and facilities services, exterior and specialty solutions, manage launches and the cross-functional implementation of associated plans.
Lead revenue acceleration team, driving the development of demand generation campaigns, developing, and executing high-impact, integrated B2B demand generation programs to achieve revenue and pipeline goals.
Support specific target account selling activities – specifically partnering with sales and strategic account management on overall account strategy, account-specific selling tools and collateral and specialized program packing as required.
Develop sales enablement programs with supporting tools that align to marketing campaigns and overall corporate positioning, aligning pipeline development with sales execution.
As the owner of marketing tools, included marketing automation and email marketing, execute email marketing and communication outreach working with Marketing Communication team.
Understand the competitive landscape and be the ‘go-to’ resource on the company’s competition in how they are positioned in specific application markets being served.
Requirements for our Director, Revenue Acceleration:
8 years of product marketing, marketing, and campaign experience.
4 years of experience in a market – facing role.
Experience owning/driving go-to-market plans and demand generation campaigns.
Ability to work cross-functionally across the marketing organization as well as sales and other teams to design impactful, targeted marketing campaigns.
Ability to communicate the value to both internal and external partners and help them communicate the value of KBS to their end customers.
