Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the office
- Schedule showing appointments with agents/sellers
- Prepare and maintain the office for meetings, appointments
- Monitor email

- Create flyers
- Scan documents and file in e-file

Skills
- Canva, Microsoft products, email
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience with inbound calling, appointment setting
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
