Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service and phone etiquette
- Ability to speak multiple languages, particularly Spanish
- Proven track record in sales and upselling
- Experience in outbound calling and analysis skills
