This person will be pivotal in helping to run the operations side of the business so the Agents in the office can focus on selling real estate. The ideal candidate is energized at the idea of helping people reach their full potential and receives intrinsic rewards from investing in others. This individual will be an outside-the-box thinker, system builder, and problem solver who is always looking for ways to reduce inefficiencies and drive revenue.
We are looking for a strong operationally minded candidate with a proven track record in implementing systems and procedures in an office setting who is detail-oriented, communicates effectively, and has an inspirational style. If you are detail-oriented, skilled at taking initiative, implementing systems, and enhancing the infrastructure of an organization, we want to hear from you! We are looking for a candidate with a “can do” attitude who thinks 3 steps ahead and that understands the value of teamwork. Job is onsite with the possibility of hybrid schedule after 90 days of training.
