*Responsibilities*

* Generate leads through open houses, add contacts to command database, talk to people in the twin cities about real estate, share personal real estate app, follow-up with all leads

* Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing homes

* Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value

* Write and review purchase agreements, listing contracts, and additional paperwork.

* Attend Ignite (where you learn how to be a successful real estate professional)

* Attend BOLD (where you learn how to build a bigger business and earn over $100K in real estate)

*Soft Skills*
