Overview:

Sales Lead duties and responsibilities

• Training new members of the sales team.
• Setting sales goals
• Answering questions from the sales staff.
• Monitoring sales performance and addressing issues when necessary.
• Completing sales reports and other administrative work.
• Addressing customer service issues that need to be escalated.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint, in particular)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our team. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and driving revenue growth. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for people.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of Sales and Marketing Representatives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share

- Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills

- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions and maintain accurate records

- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and administration.

- Assist with payroll management and scheduling of sales and marketing representatives

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in outside sales.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette

- Demonstrated ability in training development and coaching of sales/marketing assoc.

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
