Reporting to the management team, the Operations Dispatcher candidate is responsible for the overall logistics operations for a BBB-accredited company that provides fuel product and associated services via a fleet of trucks throughout the greater Richmond area. The ideal candidate will have mid-level experience in dispatch ops, expertise in point-of-sale software, a strong basis in inventory control, and is skilled in bookkeeping and general office administration/organization. What We're Looking For:

• Fuel industry and/or dispatch experience. 
• Ideally, advanced education (e.g., community college, tech school, etc.)
• Geographical knowledge of the greater Richmond area.
• Skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bookkeeping and AR experience.
• Inventory management experience.
• Exceptional customer service phone skills.
• Known for prioritization, organization, flexibility, common sense, and a get-it-done demeanor.
• Enjoys a route-building challenge to achieve the greatest efficiency.

The starting compensation ($45 - 60K range) will be based upon the strength of your credentials.
