POSITION SUMMARY: The Therapist will primarily provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting, outpatient clinic, adult day center, long-term facility for the older adult population.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Massachusetts
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience with electronic medical records and documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively with Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals
- Physical ability to assist patients with mobility and transfers
- CPR Certification
