Physical Therapist (PT)

Full-time positions are available for PT’s in the Greater Boston area, Central Massachusetts, and surrounding areas.

Essential Functions

  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the physical needs and abilities of clients.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance mobility, functional independence, and overall well-being.
  • Utilize standardized assessments and clinical observations to determine clients' strengths, limitations, and areas for intervention
  • Provide hands-on physical therapy interventions, exercises, and modalities.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
  • Educate individuals and their families on therapeutic exercises and strategies for ongoing care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and aides, as appropriate

 Mentorship / CEU / Professional Growth

  • Ability to experience working in new settings and/or with novel patient populations
  • New graduates and/or therapists working in a new setting are paired with an experienced mentor 
  • Access to an interdisciplinary network of experienced clinicians to help navigate novel situations (e.g. AAC, ATP, OT, SLP, BCBA, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited master’s level (or higher) program in Physical Therapy
  • Valid/current professional license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
  • Ability to travel to/between multiple work locations
  • Must pass extensive background checks and provide professional references
  • If selected for hire, candidates must be able to provide a recent physical indicating the ability to perform the essential functions of the job either with or without accommodations, proof of negative TB test, and required immunizations (including fully-vaccinated status for Covid-19).
