We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales associate on a full-time basis for our Norwich location with a proven track record of success to join our dynamic and expanding team.

Responsibilities :

• Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and product knowledge.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and product promotion.
• Utilize sales techniques to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Process transactions accurately through our Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Maintain a neat and organized sales floor
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Qualifications :

• Previous retail or sales experience is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
