What We Do 

We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for your home’s plumbing, heating and air conditioning and electrical systems.

The Big Task

  • You will help us source, contact and recruit the best talent for our organization.

Key Sub Tasks 

  • Consult with our leadership team to determine competencies required to perform the jobs.
  • Manage our applicant tracking software and ensure it’s being used efficiently and effectively.
  • Actively contact and network with the public to find candidates who may not be actively searching for a new job.
  • Drives applicants through innovative approaches to sourcing and networking.
  • Proactively develop talent pipelines through social media, internet search tools, networking by getting out of the office, attending job fairs, resume mining, and calling into competitive companies.
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates internally and externally by developing networking relationships.
  • Completion of onboarding process.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3 year minimum of recruiting experience required.
  • 1 year minimum of recruiting within the trades a plus!
