Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our clients' lawns and landscapes. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of various lawn care techniques and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, and trimming
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to promote healthy growth and control weeds
- Prune trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain their shape and health
- Conduct routine inspections of lawns and landscapes to identify issues or areas in need of improvement
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction
- Operate and maintain various lawn care equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and sprayers
- Perform snow plowing and other winter maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques, including fertilization, weed control, and irrigation
- Ability to operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
