KC Jones is seeking a crucial role in our team, Plant Manager. This is a hands on, excellence driven position with a highly respected company in the finishing industry. KCJ runs three shifts so the plant manager must have flexibility in their schedule while normal working hours are on the day shift.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, lab, waste water treatment, and supply chain management.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives.
- Manage the plant budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve production targets.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in plant management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of operations management, production, and quality control principles.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing methodologies and process improvement techniques.
- Mechanical knowledge to understand plant machinery and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.

-ISO9001 experience preferred

- Associate degree required Bachelor's degree preferred.

-Logistics experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
