Rapidly growing, Private Equity backed organization, here in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this pivotal role involves steering the corporate financial strategy, establishing vital administrative infrastructure, and leading financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. The CFO will play an integral role in strategic decision-making and maintaining the organization's financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Formulate and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support the company's vision and objectives.

Manage overall financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.

Collaborate with top management and joint venture partners to provide financial insights, stimulating growth, and maximizing value for stakeholders.

Support business operations to ensure profitability and sustainable development.

Work with the CEO to prepare and present regular business reviews to the Board of Directors.

Qualifications:

A proven track record with at least 7 years in senior financial management roles.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; an MBA and/or CPA is highly desirable.

Experience in both early-stage and established companies, with a knack for implementing financial systems.

Strong expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling.

Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary: $200,000-$250,000 Bonus and Excellent Benefits
