Description

This position produces a variety of standard documents, such as correspondence, form letters, reports, tables, and other printed materials.

Work requires skill in typing; a strong knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and spelling; and ability to use reference guides and equipment manuals.

Performs familiar, routine assignments following standard procedures, seeks further instructions for assignments requiring deviations from established procedures.

• Compiles and inputs report data for submission on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedule.
• Supports and aids in miscellaneous administrative tasking, and / or data entry.
• Produces a variety of standard documents, such as correspondence, form letters, reports, tables, and other printed materials.
• Performs routine assignments following standard procedures, seeks further instructions for assignments requiring deviations from established procedures.

In addition, this position may aid in Systems Engineering and Logistics Support tasks, including, but not limited to process improvement initiatives, general housekeeping, data entry and analysis.

Assists and supports in other duties and tasks as assigned.

Required Experience :

• Ability to organize and file large amounts of business-critical information.
• At least one (1) year of experience using technologically current automated word processing equipment and software applications, plus the ability to type 40 words per minute accurately.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Required Education : High School diploma or GED.

Security Clearance Requirement : Secret or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
