KBR’s Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group is looking for a Commissioning Specialist LNG/LTS Superintendent to support the multi-year Plaquemines project developing a Liquid Natural Gas export facility when fully developed will have an export capacity of up to 20 million metric tonnes per year. The power plant’s location is about 20 miles south of New Orleans.
Aligning with KBR’s commitment to sustainability, the 630-acre site located on the Mississippi River provides deep-water access without the need for dredging, allowing for an expedited environmentally friendly development process.

- Unique advantage for growth opportunities within the project and KBR**
- Project entitlements available for those who qualify**
- This position may start in Houston, TX but will be expected to be onsite in Louisiana for the duration of project **
- Home office responsibilities include generating of PC&C Procedures, Operations Procedures
- Work directly with the CSO Shift Superintendents for continuity of work between shifts & coordinate required work with the Maintenance / I&E CSO Superintendents and the respective disciplines
- Liaise with the Commissioning Representative as required
- Ensure the complex is commissioned, operated and maintained in accordance with the policies, procedures and standards
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- 10 years of experience on commissioning and startup of LTS in LNG unit with average experience of 15 years
- In lieu of formal education 18 years of experience on commissioning and startup of LTS in LNG unit
