Job Description:
Kaylon Contracting is seeking a skilled and reliable Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, possess their own transportation, and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in property maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform painting tasks, including surface preparation, painting, and touch-ups as needed.
- Conduct basic carpentry work such as repairs to doors, windows, and other fixtures.
- Install various types of flooring, including but not limited to, tiles, laminate, and hardwood.
- Execute cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of properties.
- Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in property maintenance or related field.
- Proficient in painting, basic carpentry, flooring installation, and cleaning techniques.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
