Associate Vice President | Alternative Real Estate Investments
Work alongside Senior Vice Presidents to raise capital from high-net-worth accredited investors on the Kay Properties www.kpi1031.com platform. Kay Properties raises capital from investors for 1031 exchange Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) properties as well as other real estate private placement funds and offerings.
Requirements:
● 2-5 years of experience in Sales
● Prior real estate, alternative investment and/or sales experience
● Strong work ethic
● Meticulous attention to detail
● Adheres to the highest ethical standards of integrity
● Series licenses required: SIE, 63 and one of the following: 7, 22 or 82
